Jon Pedone

Jonathan’s role is to help businesses design comprehensive employee benefits packages to help attract and retain top talent across all industries and sectors. He works closely with each client to understand the needs of the business and its employee. Jonathan strives to find the most cost-effective options available to each business in their specific market. Before joining Health & Benefits Partners, Jon was an Account Executive at Flexible Benefits Plans, a wholesale General Agent in the local Philadelphia market. As an Account Executive, his role was to help brokers in the market navigate insurance carriers, their products and standards. Outside of work, Jon enjoys relaxing with his family, dining out and playing golf when he finds the time. His favorite part of working here is having the opportunity to help businesses navigate the dynamic world of insurance.
